All exhibitors must comply with the following entrance criteria:
There are 3 category's of exhibitor stands at the Organic Expo and Green Show - please determine which you fall into and comply with the relevant entrance criteria set out below.
- Organic (certified, in-conversion, registered) Products only stands (Orange)
- Green (non-certified organic) Products only stands (Green)
- Both Organic and Green Products stands (Blue)
Stands are audited during the show and non-complying products will need to be removed from display. The decision of the Event Organisers is final. Colour indicators on each stand, as shown above, will help clarify to visitors which type of stand you are. 1. Organic (certified, in-conversion, registered) Products Only Stands - Entrance Criteria
- All products and services exhibited or referred to on the stand must be certified organic, or certified in-conversion to organic, or registered as an approved product, at the time of the Expo.
- Labeling must clearly show the certification/registration number and/or the certifiers logo.
- Products must be certified/registered by either an AQIS accredited organic certification agency, or for imported product, by an IFOAM recognised agency.
- No non-certified/registered products are allowed on the stand.
- Certification/Registration certificates must be on the stand during the show and available for inspection. (Do not send them to us prior to the show).
- Your stand will be located in the Organic Expo area on the floor plan and will have orange colour coding.
2. Green (non-certified organic/registered) Products Only Stands - Entrance Criteria
- All products and services exhibited or referred to on the stand must clearly demonstrate their positive environmental benefits (no green washing!).
- No food or beverage products, which can be certified organic, may be exhibited or marketed on the stand.
- An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) Form; and any ancillary evidence such as membership of any environmental body and ingredient lists must be submitted to lena@shevents.com.au or call 0413 043 287, within one month of booking or prior to the show, whichever is the earlier, to ensure the products/services eligibility. If the product or service has been exhibited at the show previously, and has not changed in anyway, then check to see if we still have your previous EPD as this can be used again. Download the EPD below.
- No certified organic or in-conversion to organic products are allowed on the stand.
- No products making reference to organic on product labeling, marketing material or on stall material (other than as part of an ingredient list) are allowed on the stand.
- All skincare/beauty/cosmetic products must ensure they do not contain any of the prohibitive ingredients listed in the EPD Appendix, which must be signed as confirmation and submitted with the EPD. Download the EPD below.
- Your stand will be located in the Green Show area on the floor plan and will have green colour coding.
3. Both Organic and Green Products Stands
- All products and services exhibited or referred to on the stand as organic on product labeling, marketing material or on stall material (other than as part of an ingredient list), must be either certified organic or certified in-conversion to organic, at the time of the Expo, by either an AQIS accredited organic certification agency, or for imported product, by an IFOAM recognised agency.
- All products and services exhibited or referred to on the stand as a registered or approved product / input, must be registered, at the time of the Expo, by either an AQIS accredited organic certification agency, or for imported product, by an IFOAM recognised agency.
- Organic/registered product labeling must clearly show the certification/registration number and/or the certifiers logo.
- Organic/Registration Certification certificates must be on the stand during the show and available for inspection. (Do not send them to us prior to the show).
- All food and beverage products being exhibited or referred to on the stand must be certified organic or certified in-conversion to organic.
- All non-certified/registered products and services exhibited or referred to on the stand must clearly demonstrate their positive

- Conversely, if less than 30% of your products on the stand are non-certified/registered in comparison to certified/registered, or if less than 30% of your stand is occupied by non-certified/registered products, your stand will be located in the Organic Expo area on the floor plan and will have blue colour coding.
