2008 Space Rates
Stands at the Organic Expo and the Green Show are excellent value with Special Show packages designed to give you some great savings and the ideal expo experience. Plus 2007 exhibitors booking again for 2008 will receive 5% discount of the cost of their shell scheme, (Discount applies to the cost of the actual shell stand only and not any advertising, marketing, tickets or other purchases).

Shell Schemes
$325 m2 + GST = $357.50 m2
Includes: floor space, walls, name board, lighting (power is additional)
- Standard shell stand
3m x 3m = 9m2
$2925 plus GST - Basic shell stand
3m x 2m = 6m2
$1950 plus GST - Minimum shell stand
2m x 2m = 4m2
$1300 plus GST - Corner Loading extra 10% of stand rate

Wine Booths - See Vineyard packages below
On-site Storage - $75 plus GST per m2 - limited availability
Cool Room Storage - $200 plus GST per 1/4 cool room
Power - $60 plus GST per 10amp connection
Public Liability Insurance - $125 plus GST
Stand Sharing - Stands can be shared as follows:
- 10% addition on stand price
- No sharing on a 2m x 2m stand
- 2 companies only on a 2m x 3m stand
- 3 companies only on a 3m x 3m stand
- 4 or more companies to be discussed on an individual basis
Vineyard Packages
2m x 2m scheme - $1,500 plus GST
- Back wall and side walls in white panelling
- White bench 74cm x 74cm x 100cm high – open at back for storage under – logo’s etc can be affixed to the front panelling
- 2 spotlights, carpet, 2 chairs
- Timber look fascia board with company name in green lettering.
- 2 x 3.5kg bags of ice per day (Fri,Sat & Sun)
3m x 2m scheme - $2190 plus GST
- Back wall and side walls in white panelling
- 3 serving banches 74cm x 74cm x 100cm high
- 2 spotlights, 2 chairs
- Timber look facia board with company name in green lettering.
- 2 x 3.5kg bags of ice per day (Fri, Sat & Sun)
In addition all rates include:
- 6 Exhibitor Badges for stand personnel - extra badges can be purchased for $15.00 each
- Opportunity to hang your own banners over your stand – rigging costs extra (POA)
- Security, Cleaning, On-site freight & Logistics
- Free exhibitor listing in the Official Expo Program & Organic Expo web-site
- Private on-site Exhibitors & Sponsors lounge
- Access to on-site business office & on-site event management
Additional items such as power, furniture, internet, water and waste facilities can be ordered separately.
To be able to exhibit at the Organic Expo you must provide relevant and current documentation showing:
- Public Liability Insurance to the value of $10,000,000 (you can purchase this from the Organic Expo)
- Organic or Environmental Certification certificates (where appropriate)
Exhibitors Standards
The Organic Expo aims to create an Expo experience that is safe, attractive and successful for all attendees. This means ensuring that everyone complies with all public health and safety requirements and operational health and safety standards. Accordingly, the presentation of stands, staff and the material to be displayed will be assessed prior to the opening of the Expo. Changes may be requested in order for a stand to open at the Expo. Please rest assured that all decisions will be made with full consultation with the exhibitor to find the best solution. To maintain the quality and integrity of the Organic Expo the decision of the organisers is final and binding.
